1. 201 Code G is not used.

Reason: use instruction with unspecified method。

(For example, use unallowed instructions Direct and instruction T in NC program.

Solution: check the NC program and correct the instruction.


2. Cannot enter a negative value. Please press the release button.

Reason: input the negative value in the instruction S.

Solution: Correct the negative value to the positive value.


3. Must use this instruction alone. Please press the release button.

Reason: Macro function and G83 must be used alone.

Solution: Write the macro function and G83 which are in the same block into other procedure.


4. An error of * * * has occured. Please press release button (put the error number in * * *).

Reason: The information is not defined, error occurred.

Solution: Please contact us.


5. The input from the external device is abnormal. Please press the release button.

Reason: The input from the external device can not transfered normaly.

Solution: Check and confirm the connection with the external equipment and set up values in the tab of mark-set•232C method.


6. 201 zero overflow.

Reason: Division by zero in the calculation.

Solution: Check formula.


7. Exceed the amplitude of touch perception. Please press the release button.

Reason: the selected location value is bigger than the excessive tolerance value of touch perception in the tab of machine-set•mark-set•motor-set when touch perception is taking action.

Solution: Make sure that the excessive tolerance value of "touch perception" is appropriate. Check whether the workpiece and electrode are dirty and infiltrate, otherwise please wipe.


8. Please remove the disk protect, and then press [ENT] to try again, press [ACK] to cancel.

Reason: floppy disk is write protected.

Solution: unlock the write protection of floppy disk.


9. There is no disk, and then press [ENT] to try again, press [ACK] to cancel.

Reason: No floppy disk is inserted into the disk drive.

Solution: Insert the floppy disk into the disk drive, please press the execute key, and press the end key to finish.


10. 203 single-step STOP。

Reason: each line is displayed in the program module when single-step state is executed.

Solution: press the execute key when excute downward in the single-step state.


11.Resistance unit is abnormal. Please press the execute key, and press the end key to finish.

Reason: the resistance unit is overheated.

Solution: interrupt machining before the resistance unit cool down. Please press the execute key to try again, and press the end key to finish.


12. The buoy switch in still on. Please press the release button.

Reason: the liquid level sensor of processing tank is ON when the power is started.

Solution: Please check the liquid level detector. There is risk of fire when the liquid level sensor is ON.


13. Executable

Reason: instructions of G92 and G97 are excuted in machine coordinate system(G95).

Solution: cant not make coordinate setting in coordinate system G95.

Use this instruction in other workpiece coordinates, delete instructions of G92 and G97.


14.The use method of track return type of LORAN is not correct. Please press the release button.

Reason: unexpected useage when the track is not allowed or in the state of return type of LORAN.

Solution: check the restrictions of track return type of LORAN.


15.IF is mire than 1000. Please press the release button.

Reason: IF is cumulated up to 1000 after the excute key is pressed.

Solution: reduce the number of IF in the NC program.


16.Other common problems and faults

Please refer to the "An instruction manual of three axis linkage CNC system control software", the fifth part, the thirteenth chapter.
